Tonight my mom invited us to come over to their house for dinner. Was very good dinner. My MOM was so generous to give us some of her meat, and vegetables because this last weekend their deep freezer got unplugged because the electrician and my dad were looking or doing something with the plug where it gets plugged in and forgot to plug the freezer back in. Well, that was full of Meat and Vegetables and she split it all up with me. The only problem is that the whole freezer defrosted and everything was thawing out so I can't put it back into my freezer. On the other hand we have Chicken galore. So, I am going to have to cook it all up this week and eat some of it,freeze some of it after I cook it up. That was my great Monday night.
