These are so delicious. They are to good to not try... My niece that is living with us made these awesome Carmel pecan clusters... Oh my goodness people they are HEAVENLY! So, here I am willing to share the recipe with you. When you make them please tell me how you think they taste...
RECIPE: Carmel Pecan CLUSTERS....
1 pkg 14oz Carmel
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp butter
2 cups coarse chopped pecans
8oz milk chocolates
1 bag of carmels
Microwave Carmel , water, and butter for 3-3 1/2 minutes string every 30 seconds uncovered. stir in pecans. Drop a tablsp on wax paper. Put in freezer for 15-20 minutes or until set. Melt chocolate. Dip the pecan and Carmel in the chocolate.... Then let it chill in the fridge.
