What do I say?

Ok, people I know I have been boring. This post maybe boring too. But, here I go. The other night when we had that rain storm during the night. What did we wake up to? Yeah some flooding in our living room. Great Joy! I was not happy about that. We went to the office and told the people and the maintenance guys came and gave us one of the fans to dry our carpet. Well, we don't want to run our electricity bill high, so we ran it all day Thursday and took a break Friday. Later that night after picking Dave up from work we get home and the house STINKS. Yes like mold. So, since the carpet was still a little damp today we decided to run the thing again while we were gone through the day. Yes it still stinks! So, what did I do? Went to the store and got some Oder spray and a air wick plug in to put right there to cover that smell.

My loony neighbor told me to put some vinegar into some bowls to put in the area that got wet so it will soak up some of the smell. Ok Whatever! She is a crazy neighbor. I didn't do that even though she was nice enough to give me her vinegar. I'm sure it may work wonders but I thought nahhh... All I can say she is LOONY!

So, on Monday I am going to go bribe them to see if they will get me some new carpet to put in. The house stinks now. Who wants a moldy smell? The carpet is dry now but I am going to tell them that it stinks and hope and pray they will give us something new. True fact that the carpet smells now even though it is dry.
